What we collect
When you contact us or send a payment request, we collect your name, email, mobile number, city, district, state, company name, FSSAI licence number (optional), the service you are interested in and your message.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to you, deliver the services you ask for, issue invoices and certificates, and meet legal requirements. We do not sell your data.
Sharing
We share details only where needed to deliver a service, for example with FSSAI for FoSTaC certificates, with our associate NABL lab for testing, or with authorities when required by law.
Storage and security
Form submissions are stored in a database on our website hosting and emailed to our office mailbox, with access limited to our team. We do not collect or store card or bank details. We keep records for as long as needed for the service and for legal and tax purposes.
Website assistant (chatbot)
The "Ask us" assistant answers questions about our services. To generate an answer, the question you type or speak is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic (Claude), and is not stored by us. Please do not enter personal or confidential information in the chat. Voice input is converted to text by your own browser, and only the text is sent.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It sets one strictly necessary security cookie that protects our forms against misuse, and remembers your chat language choice in your browser.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, subject to legal retention requirements, by writing to info@indianfoodsolutions.com.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
