Services, not goods
We provide consulting, training, audit and testing services. As no physical goods are sold, there are no product returns.
Training cancellations
If you cancel a confirmed training at least 3 working days before the scheduled date, we refund the fee in full, less any payment processing charges. Cancellations made later can be moved to another batch within 3 months instead of a refund.
Consulting and audits
Fees for work already carried out, including site visits, documentation and audits, are not refundable. Advance payments for work not yet started are refunded on cancellation, less processing charges.
Testing
Testing fees are not refundable once samples have been sent to the laboratory.
Duplicate or excess payments
Any duplicate or excess payment is refunded in full once verified.
How to request a refund
Email info@indianfoodsolutions.com with your name, payment date, amount and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
