About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Indian Food Solutions website and the consulting, training, audit and testing services we provide. By using the site or booking a service you agree to them.
Our services
Scope, timelines and fees for each engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins. Training dates are confirmed once the fee is received.
Your responsibilities
You agree to share accurate information about your business, premises and products, and to give our consultants safe access to your site during agreed visits.
Fees and payment
Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees. GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%) is charged in addition. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
Certification outcomes
We prepare you for licences, audits and certifications, but decisions are made by FSSAI and independent certification bodies. We cannot guarantee a particular outcome.
Intellectual property
Website content, training material and templates we create remain our property. Documents prepared specifically for your business may be used by you for your own operations.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
